"I love color. I feel it inside me. It gives me a buzz." - DH

October 5, 2014 by Megan

‘Tory Burch in Color,’ Paddle8’s current online auction guest curated by Tory herself, is an auction devoted to the celebrated designers love of color. It’s quite possible that no other artist fits as seamlessly within this theme as Damien Hirst. Hirst’s unadulterated love of color has shown through his entire career in his various series.

For this auction, Burch has selected Hirst's massive rug/tapestry, 'Beautiful Saucy Spit Roast It'll all End in Tears,' an exact replica of an original spin work, and a butterfly mosaic print titled ‘Pardon.’ To bid on these works as well as works by Sol Lewitt, Ellsworth Kelly and Jeff Koons visit Paddle8. This auction will end on the 15th of October.
